WELCOME TO INKOOS MILL

Inkoos Mill is a beautifully restored former corn mill, adjacent to Battlesea Hall Farmhouse, which was renovated with great care to reflect the truly rural feel that the Mill holds.

Situated on a working farm, deep in rural Suffolk and close to a listed Ornamental Canal, Inkoos Mill can be found at the end of a long secluded oak-lined driveway that was once an old deer park of the Middle Ages. Inkoos Mill offers extremely comfortable accommodation for 6 or 7 people.

The Mill has been prepared to the highest possible standard and is beautifully equipped with much thought and attention to detail apparent throughout. The enclosed garden looks out onto Rookery Meadow where there is an abundance of wildlife. Muntjack deer, pheasants, ducks, owls, peacocks, heron and wild birdsong are all around. Just relax and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of this remarkable rural setting.

Inkoos Mill provides a marvellous location to explore this part of East Anglia and is conveniently located for easy access to the beautiful Suffolk and Norfolk coastlines. We are within 45 minutes drive of Suffolk's Heritage Coast, taking in Southwold with its famous pier and long sandy beaches. Walberswick, Minsmere RSPB Reserve, Aldeburgh and Snape Maltings, where concerts are held throughout the year. There are plenty of tearooms, galleries and antique shops to browse in. Visitors to Sutton Hoo, near Woodbridge, can view the famous Anglo-Saxon burial site and treasures discovered in 1939. Framlingham Castle is only 9 miles and Thetford Forest beckons. The Norfolk coast is not too far away with lavender fields, Sandringham Castle and boat trips to see the seals basking on the sandbanks off Holt.
